  Visit our online returns portal to generate a return authorization number or bring your items directly to any MUJI retail location.

  Package and Label

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our digital portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
